GRAND CHAMPION PECAN PIE | |
1 (8 inch) unbaked pastry shell 2 eggs 1/2 c. sugar 1 c. white syrup 1 c. pecans 1/2 tsp. cornstarch 3 to 4 tbsp. milk 1 tsp. butter 1 tsp. vanilla extract Beat eggs well; add sugar, syrup, cornstarch, milk, butter and vanilla. Add nuts and stir. Pour into 8 inch pie shell. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes, then at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. |
