CHOCOLATE CHIP POUND CAKE | |
3 c. flour 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. baking soda 2 1/2 c. sugar 1 c. butter 6 eggs 1 c. sour cream 1 tsp. vanilla 12 oz. mini chips (set aside 1/2 c. of chips) Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a medium bowl add flour, salt and baking soda. In a large bowl combine butter and sugar. Add eggs, 1 at a time. Beat well. Add sour cream and vanilla. Blend in flour mixture. Add sour cream and vanilla. Add chips not set aside (1 1/2 cups), pour into greased pan. Sprinkle remaining chips on top (can also sprinkle nuts and brown sugar). Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. |
