POPPY SEED CHICKEN 
4-8 chicken breasts (deboned and skin removed)
8 oz. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 stick butter, melted
2 tbsp. poppy seeds
1 c. crushed saltine crackers

Bake chicken in 9x13 pan for 30 minutes at 350 degrees; drain juice.

Combine the sour cream and soup, pour and spread over the chicken.

Mix the melted butter, poppy seed and crushed crackers together, sprinkle and spread over the soup mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
