HOT DOGS CREOLE 
1 can pinto beans
1 can tomatoes
1 tbsp. oil
1 onion, quartered
1 green pepper
4 hot dogs

Saute onions and hot dogs (cut into bite-size pieces) in oil. Combine with other ingredients in pot and cook until green pepper (which has been cut into bite-size pieces) is done.

Serve in soup bowls with garlic bread and tossed salad.
