FRESH SUMMER TART 
1 pkg. refrigerated sugar cookie dough
11 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 c. powdered sugar
1/4 c. orange juice, concentrate undiluted
Fresh fruits of your choice
1/2 c. apple jelly

Press cookie dough onto greased 14 inch pizza pan. Bake according to package directions. Cool. Beat cheese, sugar and 2 tablespoons orange juice until fluffy. Spread over cooled crust. Arrange fruit on crust. Melt jelly with remaining orange juice and brush over fruit to glaze. Cut in wedges.
