COUNTRY FRIED STEAK 
1 lg. round steak
Flour
Salt and pepper
16 oz. water
1 tbsp. Kitchen Bouquet

Cut meat into 4 equal portions. Roll in flour with salt and pepper. Fry in oil over medium heat. When done, drain grease out of skillet, sprinkle flour over meat and add 16 ounces water over flour. Next add Kitchen Bouquet. Cover tightly. Cook on high heat for about 2 to 3 minutes. Serve immediately. Meat will have its own gravy.
