SOUR CREAM APPLE PIE 
1 (9 inch) pie crust
1/8 tsp. salt
1 egg (unbeaten)
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. peeled, diced apples
1 tbsp. flour
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. sour cream
1/4 tsp. nutmeg

Combine flour, salt and sugar. Add egg, sour cream, vanilla and nutmeg. Beat to a smooth batter. Stir in apples. Pour into crust. Bake 15 minutes at 400 degrees; reduce heat to 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.

Remove pie from oven and sprinkle with following topping: 1/2 cup flour, 1/2 cup sugar and 1/2 cup butter. Mix until crumbly. Return pie to oven and bake until brown.
