FAISON SEAFOOD DELIGHT 
1/4 lb. butter
1 tbsp. green pepper, finely chopped
3 tbsp. onion, finely chopped
1 lb. backfin crabmeat
1 lb. shrimp, deveined
1 tsp. parsley flakes

Saute onion and green pepper in melted butter; add parsley flakes and crabmeat and mix lightly. Add shrimp last and continue to heat for 10 minutes. Serve immediately. Yield: 6 servings.
