PORK MORNAY 
6 pork, cubed steaks
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
3 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 tbsp. water
6 tbsp. tomato sauce or catsup
Top with paprika
Mornay sauce

Dip pork steaks into eggs, coat with bread crumbs. Heat oil in 10 inch skillet. Fry pork over medium heat until brown. Add water. Spoon 1 tablespoon tomato sauce onto each pork steak; reduce heat. Cover and cook until done, about 30 minutes. Remove pork steaks to platter, top with Mornay Sauce. Sprinkle with paprika. 6 servings.
