PORK FAJITAS (Wok) 
1 lb. lean boneless pork
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp. oregano, crumbled
1/2 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. seasoned salt
2 tbsp. orange juice
2 tbsp. vinegar
Dash of hot pepper sauce
1 tbsp. cooking oil
Flour tortillas
Optional Toppings:
1 green pepper, peeled & sliced
1 med. onion, peeled & sliced
Shredded lettuce
Shredded cheese
Diced tomatoes
Bottled salsa

Slice pork across grain into 1/8 inch strips (much easier if partially frozen). Marinate pork strips in garlic, oregano, cumin, salt, orange juice, vinegar and hot pepper sauce for 15 minutes to 2 hours.

Heat wok or heavy skillet (400 degrees). Add tablespoon of oil and pork strips; stir fry until pork is no longer pink about 5-8 minutes. Serve in heated flour tortillas, with options.
