PORK FRIED RICE | |
2 tbsp. cooking oil 2 bunches long green onions, diced 4 lg. carrots, grated Salt & pepper 4 eggs 2 tbsp. soy sauce 2 c. diced pork 8 c. cooked rice (made night before) (I use Minute Rice or Success Rice) Put together soy sauce and diced pork and set aside. In wok or large skillet saute or stir fry oil, onions, carrots, when done add pork marinated in soy sauce, stir fry until pork is done, meat should be white. Beat eggs. Push ingredients around sides of wok and add 1 tablespoon oil and eggs, scramble until all done then mix all together. Salt and pepper to taste, add cooked rice. Mix with all ingredients, heat thoroughly. Add more soy sauce if needed. |
