ARTICHOKE DIP 
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. fresh Parmesan cheese, shredded
1 can artichoke hearts, cut in sm. pieces
1 tbsp. lemon juice
3 cloves garlic, pressed

Mix all ingredients in a casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serve hot with wheat crackers such as wheat thins.
