CHEESE - POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 lb. frozen hash browns
1/2 c. butter, melted
8 oz. sour cream
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 can cream of chicken soup

Melt butter. In a large mixing bowl combine melted butter with sour cream, onion, cheese, salt, pepper and soup. Mix in frozen hash browns. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours in a 9 x 13 inch pan.

Hint: To speed baking, thaw frozen hash browns before mixing them in.
