BEEF STEW STROGANOFF 
1 1/2 lb. beef stew meat
1/2 pkg. onion soup mix
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms
1/4 c. burgundy wine
1/2-1 c. sour cream

Cut meat into bite-size cubes and place in the bottom of a greased baking dish. Top with next 4 ingredients. Bake uncovered in a 300 degree oven for 2 1/2 to 3 hours. Stir in desired amount of sour cream and serve over rice or pasta. Serves 6-8.
