CHICKEN RICE HOTDISH 
1 chicken, cooked and cut up (can also use turkey)
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
1 med. onion, chopped
3/4 c. salad dressing
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 can chicken with rice soup
1 can sliced water chestnuts
1 (6 oz.) pkg. UNCLE BEN'S® Original Long Grain and Wild Rice, uncooked

Remove cooked chicken from bones and tear into large pieces. Mix all ingredients together and add a small amount of water so it isn't too dry. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until a little brown around the edges.
