HOT CHICKEN SALAD CASSEROLE 
2 c. diced chicken
1 c. diced celery
1/2 c. slivered almonds
2 tsp. chopped onion
1 1/2 c. boiling rice or 1 pkg. UNCLE BEN'S® Wild Rice Mix (best) - prepared
1 c. undiluted cream of chicken soup
Salt and pepper
1 tsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. mayonnaise and 1/4 cup water mixed together
Crush potato chips for topping

Mix all in bowl. Bake in casserole or pan at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes.
