PECAN PIE 
3 whole eggs, well beaten
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. syrup (clear Karo)
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. meal
1 c. pecans
3/4 stick butter (6 tbsp.)
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix well. Bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes. Makes 1 large pie or 2 small pies.
