CASSEROLE SUPREME 
1 lb. ground beef
2 tbsp. butter
1 clove garlic, minced
1 onion, chopped
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 c. cottage cheese
1 c. cream cheese
1/4 c. sour cream
1 tbsp. chopped green pepper
8 oz. noodles, cooked and drained, any kind
1/2 to 1 c. sliced black olives (optional)

Slowly brown beef, garlic and onion in butter. Stir in tomato sauce and add 1 teaspoon basil and 1 teaspoon oregano if you like. Let simmer. Cook noodles and drain. Mix cottage and cream cheese, sour cream, green pepper and olives.

Spread half the cooked noodles in a buttered 2-quart casserole. Cover with the cheese mixture and the remaining noodles. Spread the meat mixture on top and bake in a 350 degree oven for 25 minutes. Serves 4-6.
