LEMON BUTTER SNOWBARS 
CRUST:

1/2 c. butter (8 tbsp. whipped Parkay) (or 4 oz. real butter)
1 1/3 c. flour
1/4 c. sugar

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In 1 1/2 quart mixing bowl, combine crust ingredients by using a pastry cutter. Pat into ungreased 8 inch square glass baking dish. Bake near center of oven at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes. It will be very slightly browned.

FILLING:

3/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. baking powder
2 eggs
3 tbsp. ReaLemon concentrated lemon juice
Confectioners' sugar

In a 1 1/2 quart bowl mix sugar, flour and baking powder. Add eggs and lemon juice; mix well. Pour filling over partially baked crust. Return to oven for 18-20 minutes. Remove from oven. Sprinkle with confectioners' sugar after it cools.
