TACOS (SINGLE BATCH) 
1 c. milk
3/4 c. cornstarch
1/2 c. cornmeal
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs, beaten

Mix milk and cornstarch to a smooth paste. Add the mixture plus cornmeal and salt to eggs. Pour in a circle on a hot buttered fry pan or griddle. Brown on both sides. Yield: 12 tortillas.

FILLING: One pound hamburger seasoned with salt, pepper, garlic salt, diced onion, chili powder and cayenne pepper.

1 head shredded lettuce
2 diced tomatoes
Shredded cheese
1 can black olives
Sour cream
1 can refried beans (heat)
Taco sauce
