LARGE BATCH BRAN MUFFINS 
1 (10 oz.) Bran
5 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
5 tsp. baking soda
1 c. oil
1/2 c. molasses
4 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1 qt. buttermilk
Raisins to taste (I like lots)

Mix all together and bake at 425 degrees for about 15 minutes or until done. Test with toothpick. Keeps in refrigerator for 6 weeks. May add milk if needed for moisture.
