JUNGLE BARS 
2 ripe bananas, peeled
1/2 lb. dried figs
1/2 lb. dried apricots
1/2 lb. pitted dates
1/2 lb. raisins
2 c. granola
1/2 lb. nuts, chopped
1 c. flaked coconut

Combine bananas, figs, apricots, dates, raisins, and granola in food processor, or run through food grinder. Stir in nuts. Press mixture into 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Sprinkle with coconut. Cover, refrigerate 24 hours to allow flavors to blend. Cut into squares.
