CARAMEL POPCORN 
10 qt. popcorn (already popped) about 2 (1/2 c. unpopped popcorn) batches
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. maple syrup
1 stick butter

Bring sugar, syrup and butter to a boil. Put popcorn into a brown paper bag and drizzle syrup mixture over it. Cook in microwave 1 1/2 minutes and shake. Then cook 1 1/2 minutes more.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
