ARTICHOKE HEART SALAD 
1/4 c. wine vinegar
3 tbsp. oil
2 tsp. horseradish
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 clove garlic, mashed
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
12-18 cooked artichoke hearts, canned

Combine all ingredients except artichoke hearts; mix well. Marinate artichokes in this sauce for several hours or overnight.
