QUICK TURKEY CRUNCH 
1 (5 oz.) can chow mein noodles
1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, sliced
1 med. to lg. onion, chopped
1/2 c. chopped celery
2 c. diced, cooked turkey
1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 (10 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1/4 c. water

Spread 1/2 can noodles on the bottom of a 10" square buttered cake pan. Combine other ingredients, spread mixture over noodles. Sprinkle remaining noodles over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes in conventional oven or 10 minutes at medium high power in microwave oven.

Soy sauce may be used if desired in the recipe while baking or simply used to sprinkle a few drops on as it's served.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
