CINNAMON ROLLS 
2 c. milk, scalded
2/3 c. butter
2 tsp. salt
1 c. mashed potatoes
2 pkgs. dry yeast, dissolved in 1/2 c. warm water
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
6 1/2 c. flour

Heat milk and butter until butter melts, stirring constantly and let cool. Add next 5 ingredients. Then add 2 cups flour and beat until smooth. Add 4 1/2 cups flour and mix with large spoon. May need more flour. Roll out like jellyroll and put cinnamon and sugar over. Roll up and cut in 1 inch slices. Put in greased pan and let rise 30 minutes. Bake at 375 degrees for almost 20 to 25 minutes. Frost. Makes about 4 dozen.
