2 1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
3 1/4 c. oats

Cream butter and sugars. Add vanilla and egg. Mix in flour, soda and salt until smooth. Add in oats slowly. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
