COKE SALAD 
1 lg. can crushed pineapple
1 med. jar red Maraschino cherries
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. cherry Jello
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, chopped
3/4 c. pecans, chopped
1 (12 oz.) Coca cola, room temperature

Drain pineapple and cherries. Mix juice and bring to a boil. Pour over Jello. Dissolve and cool. Chop cherries, cream cheese and pecans. Add to cooled Jello mixture. Stir in coke. Cook until firm.
