ALL TIME FAVORITE LEMON BARS 
2 c. flour
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 c. butter
4 eggs, beat well
2 c. sugar
4 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. lemon peel
1 tsp. baking powder

In large bowl, combine flour and powdered sugar; cut in butter until crumbly. Press flour mixture into 13x9 inch pan. Bake 15 to 18 minutes.

In small bowl, beat eggs and sugar until light colored; stir in remaining ingredients. Pour egg mixture over partially baked crust. Bake 18 to 25 minutes until light golden brown. Yields 48 servings.
