1 head Romaine lettuce
1/4 c. cilantro (Mexican parsley), chopped coarse
1 (8 oz.) pkg. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
Apple Homey mustard dressing (Albertson's deli section)

Tear greens up in bowl and add cilantro. Mix well sprinkle package of cheese over lettuce. Sprinkle 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt over cheese and pour dressing over all ingredients. Serves 6 to 8.
