LEMON MERINGUE PIE 
1 pie shell, baked
1 1/3 c. (15 oz. can) Eagle Brand condensed milk
1/2 c. lemon juice (fresh or ReaLemon)
1 tsp. grated lemon peel
2 egg yolks

Blend above together and pour into cooled pie shell.

MERINGUE:

2 egg whites
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar

Bake at 325 degrees for about 15 minutes.
