1 c. dairy sour cream
3 tbsp. honey
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. grated lemon rind
1/2 tsp. salt

Combine ingredients, chill. Serve on cottage cheese molds and fruit. Makes 1 cup dressing.
