PINK ARCTIC SALAD 
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. sugar
1 c. (8 oz.) jellied cranberry sauce
1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
1 c. Cool Whip
1/2 c. walnuts or pecans, chopped

1. Soften cream cheese. Blend with mayonnaise, sugar, pineapple and nuts. Fold in cranberry sauce. Fold in Cool Whip.

2. Place paper muffin cups in tins and fill with mixture. Freeze. When frozen, remove from tins and place in plastic bag and keep in freezer. Serves 8 to 10.
