BLUEBERRY CRISP 
1 qt. fresh blueberries
1 c. sugar
1 c. self rising flour
1/2 c. butter
1/4 tsp. salt

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Place blueberries in 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Mix sugar, flour, butter and salt together with fork and knife until well mixed. Sprinkle mixture over blueberries. Bake for 1 hour. Yield: 6 servings.
