PINEAPPLE - BUTTERMILK SALAD 
1 lg. can crushed pineapple
2 c. buttermilk
1 c. chopped pecans
1 lg. peach Jello
Large container Cool Whip

Bring pineapple to boil. Stir in Jello to dissolve. Cool. Then add Cool Whip, buttermilk and nuts. Refrigerate in 11 x 13 inch dish until congealed.
