PINEAPPLE BUTTERMILK JELLO SALAD 
1 (20 oz.) pineapple, not drained
2 tbsp. sugar
1 (6 oz.) orange Jello, 2 sm. or 1 lg.
2 c. buttermilk
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip topping

Bring pineapple and sugar to boil, add Jello; cool. Add milk and Cool Whip. Refrigerate until set.
