CHILI - CHICKEN 
5 lbs. of chicken parts
1 onion (med. sized)
2 stalks celery
3 tbsp. chili powder
1 can tomato sauce

Wash chicken, salt and pepper. Sprinkle chili powder in the bottom of stove pan. Place seasoned chicken in pan with the chili powder and tomato sauce. Cut up onion and celery on top. Cover with water. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
