CRANBERRY SALAD 
2 c. raw ground cranberries
1 c. diced celery
1 c. broken nutmeats
2 c. sugar
1 whole ground orange
1 c. diced red apples, do not peel
2 pkg. lemon or cherry Jello
3 1/2 c. boiling water

Mix fruits and sugar; let stand one hour. Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Chill, when partly set add the cranberry mixture.

When firm, cut in squares. Serve on lettuce leaf with salad dressing or whipped topping.
