MOLDED CRANBERRY SALAD 
2 c. ground cranberries (fresh cranberries)
2 c. sugar
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. raspberry Jello
1 c. chopped walnuts
2 c. chopped celery
2 c. pineapple syrup
2 c. crushed pineapple (well drained)
2 c. hot water

Combine cranberries and sugar. Dissolve Jello in hot water. Add syrup and chill until partially set. Add cranberry/sugar mixture, pineapple, walnuts and celery. Chill in 1 1/2 quart mold. Delicious with turkey.
