GERMAN STROGANOFF 
2 lbs. beef (Breakfast Tip), cut into 1 x 2 inch strips
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. accent (opt.)
3 c. beef broth
1/2 med. onion, chopped
1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
3 tbsp. tomato paste
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. sour cream

Combine flour, salt, pepper and accent. Cover beef strips in flour mixture. Brown beef. Put beef in large stew pot or saucepan. Add beef broth, onion, mushrooms, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce. Cook on medium heat for 1 to 2 hours until meat is tender. (Cooking time will depend on cut of meat used.) Stir frequently. When cooked, add sour cream. DO NOT COOK AFTER ADDING SOUR CREAM. Serve over rice or egg noodles. Preparation time: 40 minutes. Serves: 6 to 8. VARIATION: Cook in crock pot for 6 to 8 hours.
