LEVERWORST (LIVER SAUSAGE) 
2 lbs. pork liver
1 lb. pork heart
3/4 lb. lean pork
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
Buckwheat flour

Cut meat in pieces, cover with water and boil 2 hours. Put through food chopper and add to stock. Boil, add buckwheat flour until mixture holds spoon erect.
