APPLE KUCHEN 
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. coconut
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 egg yolks
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
2 cans apple pie filling
1/2 to 1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. sour cream

Cut butter into cake mix until crumbly; pat in a 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes (no longer). Remove from oven. Spread apple filling over baked crust. Mix sugar, cinnamon, coconut and nuts together. Sprinkle over apple filling. Mix sour cream and egg yolks together then drizzle over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve warm or cold. Good served warm with vanilla ice cream.
