CANNED HOT PEPPERS 
2 1/2 c. vinegar
2 1/2 c. pure apple colored cider
1/2 c. water
2 tbsp. salt

Wash peppers.

Fill jars with whole pickling (not bell) peppers. Boil 3 minutes. Pour hot mixture into jars over peppers and adjust two piece lids. Process in a boiling water bath for 15 minutes.
