CHICKEN, BROCCOLI, AND RICE 
2 lb. ground chicken
10 oz. pkg. frozen broccoli cuts
1-2 cans cream of chicken soup or cream of broccoli soup
1 1/2 to 2 c. minute rice (brown or white)
Velveeta cheese, cut into cubes
2-3 slices of bread, cut into cubes
Mrs. Dash
Onion

Brown ground chicken along with onion. Add soup, rice, broccoli, and milk; stir until mixed.

Put into 9 x 13 baking dish. Mix bread cubes in melted butter and Mrs. Dash. Put bread and cheese cubes on top of mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour.
