PINEAPPLE WINE PUNCH | |
Preparation time: 10 minutes. Serves: 8 to 10. 1 bottle of Chablis 1 can (16 oz.) pineapple juice 2 kiwis 1 lb. (about 1 basket) fresh strawberries 2 tbsp. brandy (opt.) 1 tray ice cubes 1. In a punch bowl, combine Chablis and pineapple juice. 2. Peel and thinly slice kiwis. Slice fresh strawberries. 3. Add kiwis and strawberries to punch. Add brandy, if used. 4. Add ice cubes. Serve immediately. TIPS: Frozen, sliced strawberries may be substituted for fresh berries. |
