LUMPIA SHAINGHAI | |
1 lb. lean pork, finely ground 1 lb. shrimp, chopped finely 1/8 lb. med. onions, chopped finely 1/4 c. soy sauce 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. MSG (if desired) 50 pieces Lumpia wrappers (eggroll wrappers) Oil for deep frying Mix thoroughly all ingredients except lumpia wrapper and oil. Take a heaping tablespoonful and roll in lumpia wrapped. Make a long roll about 3/4 inch diameter. Cut to 2 inch pieces using sharp knife. Deep fat fry. Serve it with soy sauce, lemon or sweet and sour sauce. |
