MEXICAN MACARONI BAKE 
2 c. macaroni, cooked
1 lb. ground beef
1 chopped onion
1 pkg. taco seasoning
16 oz. stewed tomatoes
1 c. cottage cheese
1 c. sour cream
1 can (4 oz.) green chilies
Grated cheese

Braise beef and onion. Add taco seasoning, canned tomatoes, cottage cheese, sour cream and green chilies. Mix with macaroni and top with grated cheese. Bake at 350 degrees.
