MACARONI OR POTATO SALAD 
MACARONI: Boil 3 quarts of water with 2 1/2 teaspoons salt and 1 tablespoon of oil, add 1/2 pound noodles. Boil 10 minutes. Cool.

POTATOES: Boil 3 quarts of water with 2 1/2 teaspoons salt. Add 6 large peeled and cubed potatoes, boil 10 minutes. Cool. Boil 2 eggs, cool.

1 c. mayonnaise or until creamy
2 tbsp. mustard
2 tbsp. milk
1 tbsp. cider vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped Spanish olives
1/2 c. chopped black olives
1/4 c. chopped pickle
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 cooled hard-boiled eggs, chopped

Mix well and chill.
