MACARONI AND CRAB SALAD 
3 c. elbow macaroni, cooked
3 medium potatoes
1 lb. imitation crabmeat
3 carrots, grated
2 stalks celery, finely chopped
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 medium onion, grated
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. MSG (optional)

Peel and dice potatoes. Add to slow boiling water. Cook until done, yet still firm. Drain and let cool. Mix together macaroni and potatoes, stirring lightly. Stir in remaining ingredients until mixed well. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
