POTATO AND MACARONI SALAD 
12 sm. potatoes or 6-7 med. potatoes
1 oz. oil
1 oz. vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
3/4 tsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. mayonnaise or Miracle Whip
1/4 c. chopped onions
1/4 c. chopped celery

For macaroni salad substitute macaroni, 1/4 pound or 1 cup will make 2 cups when cooked.

Cook and peel potatoes and cut up warm. Add oil, vinegar, prepared mustard, lemon juice, sugar and salt. Mix this all together and add warm cut up potatoes (or macaroni). Let chill, then add 4 eggs, boiled, chopped onions and celery and mayonnaise. More eggs and mayonnaise may be added to taste. Makes 6 or 7 small servings. May be doubled or tripled for a larger batch.
